We are pleased to announce an important event in which Tereo will be participating on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. The event “Des solutions face à l’urgence climatique” is organized by the Fédération genevoise de coopération and will take place at theHEPIA (Haute école du paysage, d’ingénierie et d’architecture de Genève).
Why is this event important?
Climate justice is at the heart of international concerns, not least because of the dramatic consequences of global warming, which unfairly affect the populations of developing countries. While these nations contribute less to greenhouse gas emissions, they suffer more from the effects of climate disruptions such as drought and flooding. These natural disasters jeopardize years of development progress and worsen the living conditions of vulnerable communities.
